11. Account Suspension and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, you may withdraw any remaining Balance subject to these Terms and completion of wagering requirements.

11.2 Termination by pwd110

pwd110 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You engage in behavior that damages pwd110's reputation or interests
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

In cases of termination for breach, pwd110 may forfeit any remaining Balance and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. If your Account is closed without breach, any legitimate Balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pwd110 holds its operating license. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and pwd110.
